By visiting, browsing, accessing or purchasing from the ODD MOB website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, wherever applicable.

1. Overview
ODD MOB is a gender-neutral clothing brand and art-led fashion project founded in India. The brand creates limited-edition collections in collaboration with artists, translating artworks and visual stories into wearable pieces.
Throughout the website, the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, “Brand” and “ODD MOB” refer to ODD MOB. The terms “you”, “your”, “user” and “customer” refer to any person browsing, using or purchasing from the website.
2. Use of the Website
By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or unauthorised purpose.

ODD MOB makes every effort to display product details as accurately as possible, including product descriptions, fabric details, artwork placement, size information, colours and pricing.
However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, photography, printing techniques, fabric behaviour and the handmade or limited-edition nature of certain products.
Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions, size charts, fabric details, wash care instructions and all order information before placing an order.
4. Limited-Edition Products
ODD MOB products are created in limited quantities. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is successfully confirmed.
Adding a product to cart does not reserve the product.
In case a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, ODD MOB reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund for the unavailable item.
5. Pricing and Payments
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees, unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, depending on the structure displayed on the website.
ODD MOB reserves the right to change product prices, offers, discounts or shipping charges at any time without prior notice.
An order is confirmed only after successful payment or successful selection of an approved payment method, including COD where available.
ODD MOB is not responsible for payment failures, payment gateway issues, bank delays or transaction errors caused by third-party service providers.
6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp or another contact method provided at checkout.
ODD MOB reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel an order at its discretion.
An order may be cancelled by ODD MOB in the following cases:

If ODD MOB cancels a prepaid order, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery will be governed by ODD MOB’s Shipping Policy.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier serviceability and external conditions.
ODD MOB is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customer unavailability, incorrect address details or circumstances beyond its control.
8. Returns and Refunds
Customers are encouraged to review the Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.
ODD MOB does not offer refunds for general returns, change of mind, style preference, colour preference or fit preference.
Refunds are only offered in limited cases, such as damaged, defective or incorrect products, subject to verification and approval.
9. Wash Care and Product Handling
ODD MOB products may feature artwork, prints, special fabrics and design details that require careful handling.
Customers must follow the wash care instructions mentioned on the product page, garment label or packaging.
ODD MOB will not be responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, ironing, drying, storage, use of harsh detergents, direct ironing on artwork or failure to follow care instructions.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the ODD MOB website, including but not limited to brand name, logo, artwork, designs, graphics, product images, campaign visuals, text, photographs, videos, layouts and creative direction, is the intellectual property of ODD MOB and/or its collaborating artists, licensors or partners.
No content from the website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, used commercially or exploited in any form without prior written permission from ODD MOB.
Any unauthorised use of ODD MOB’s artwork, designs, imagery, brand identity or content may result in legal action.
11. Artist Collaborations
ODD MOB works with artists to create limited-edition collections.
The artwork featured on ODD MOB products remains protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing an ODD MOB product does not give the customer any ownership, reproduction, licensing or commercial rights over the artwork, print, design or creative material featured on the product.
12. User Content
If you tag ODD MOB, share images, submit reviews or provide content featuring ODD MOB products, you grant ODD MOB permission to repost, share or use such content for marketing, social media or promotional purposes, with credit where reasonably possible.
ODD MOB reserves the right to remove, not publish or not use any content that is offensive, misleading, inappropriate, unlawful or inconsistent with the brand’s values.
13. Third-Party Links and Services
The website may include links to third-party platforms, payment gateways, courier tracking pages, social media platforms or other external websites.
ODD MOB is not responsible for the content, policies, actions, security or practices of any third-party platforms.
Customers are advised to review the terms and policies of third-party services before using them.

ODD MOB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of the website, delay in delivery, misuse of products, incorrect care, third-party service failure or inability to access the website.
ODD MOB’s total liability in relation to any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.
