Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the official ODD MOB website.

At ODD MOB, every piece is created with care, produced in limited numbers and packed with attention before it makes its way to you. This Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped and delivered.

By placing an order on the ODD MOB website, you agree to the terms stated below.

 

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are generally processed within 2 to 4 working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

During new drops, festive periods, sale periods or high-volume launches, processing timelines may be slightly longer. In such cases, ODD MOB will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed.

Order processing includes order confirmation, quality check, packaging and preparation for dispatch.

 

2. Shipping Timeline

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the serviceability of the courier partner.

Estimated delivery timelines:

Metro cities: 3 to 7 working days
Non-metro cities: 5 to 10 working days
Remote locations: 7 to 14 working days, depending on courier serviceability

Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, lockdowns, natural events or other circumstances beyond ODD MOB’s control.

 

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

ODD MOB may offer free shipping on selected orders, promotional campaigns or specific purchase values, at its discretion.

Any shipping fee paid at the time of placing an order is non-refundable, unless the order is cancelled by ODD MOB or the refund is approved due to an error from our end.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you through email, SMS, WhatsApp or any other contact method provided at the time of order placement.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their contact information and shipping address are accurate and complete.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that the shipping address, pin code, phone number and recipient details are entered correctly at checkout.

ODD MOB will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries or return-to-origin shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to ODD MOB due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may attempt delivery more than once, depending on their internal policy.

If the customer is unavailable, unreachable or refuses to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to ODD MOB.

In such cases, ODD MOB may contact the customer for re-delivery. Additional logistics charges may apply.

7. Delays in Delivery

While ODD MOB works with reliable logistics partners, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by external factors.

These may include:

  1. Courier delays

  2. Weather conditions

  3. Public holidays

  4. Operational disruptions

  5. Incorrect address or contact details

  6. Serviceability issues

  7. Natural disasters or force majeure events

ODD MOB shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners or events beyond its reasonable control.

8. Damaged Package at Delivery

If the package appears tampered with, damaged or opened at the time of delivery, we recommend that you do not accept the order.

If you accept the package and later notice damage to the product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging, product and invoice.

All damage claims will be reviewed as per our Return & Refund Policy.
